1)      Suiting Up with Paul Rabil

The New York Lizards all-star midfielder Paul Rabil hosts one of the most popular lacrosse podcasts available today. His show explores the psychology, playbook of tools and strategies of the most influential people in sports, entertainment and business. On the program, Rabil analyzes how world-class performers think, compete, improve, operate, train, eat and sleep. His past guests include New England Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick, Johns Hopkins Lacrosse Head coach Dave Pietramala and NBA star Jeremy Lin.

2)      Lacrosse AllStars: In Your Face LaxCast

Lacrosse AllStars’ In Your Face LaxCast, which is hosted by Ryan Danehy and Andy Towers, brings you unfiltered opinions on controversial topics in the game. It’s a good resource for the latest news on the Division I college lacrosse game.

Danehy was hired this year by the New York Lizards as the offensive coordinator. He played college ball at Dartmouth and pro lax for the Boston Cannons. Currently, he is also an assistant coach at the University of Pennsylvania.

Andy Towers, a former All-American for Brown, is the head coach of Dartmouth lacrosse. He played five years in the Major Indoor Lacrosse League and National Lacrosse League, plus two seasons in Major League Lacrosse.

3)      The Baggataway Podcast

The Baggataway Podcast is a lacrosse/pop culture podcast that dives into the history of the game, interviews current stars, coaches and celebrities who share how the game has impacted their lives.

Its hosts are MLL All-Star Steven Brooks and Gary “The Mayor” Boylan. They talk about everything from the latest gear to the culture of the fastest game on two feet.

Previous episodes have featured such lacrosse superstars as Greg “Beast” Gurenlian, Bill Tierney and Casey Powell.

Inside Lacrosse Podcasts provides news, opinion and analysis about professional lacrosse, men’s and women’s DI, DII, DII college lax and high school recruiting. They are sometimes hosted by Terry Foy, the influential website’s publisher. On this site you can find categories of programs about the lacrosse industry, recruiting and the college game.

5)      The Fred Opie Show

The Fred Opie Show has great lacrosse content that has more of an educational focus. Opie, a former Syracuse University lacrosse player, is a professor at Babson College.

His program, titled “Learning and Lacrosse” aims to teach listeners how to make a difference on and off the field. For example, one podcast featured Powell talking about energy and passion. Another show discussed how boarding school prepares student athletes for college.
